Since 1967, Allen Olson, has been active in the development, construction, and brokerage of real estate. As the CEO of Rockmann Development Group, L.L.C. and as an active investor and teacher, he has acquired investments of all kinds for his investors and himself. Mr. Olson has held a Washington real estate brokers license since 1967, and served as the Principal Broker for a full service commercial real estate firm. As a principal and managing partner, he has been involved in land development, shopping centers, single family residences, lot splits, subdivisions, apartments, and condominiums. |

Michael J Horner joined Axiom Commercial Real Estate in 2001. Michael is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and four years as co-chair of the “Next Generation Committee” (ICSC) for Washington State.

With 30 years as a real estate broker, a licensed paralegal, and Director of Reorganization for two Recreational resorts Diana Mathiasen is well versed in all phases of administration, organization and the importance of details. Ms. Mathiasen joining Rockmann in May of 1997 has instituted and maintained all operational systems for numerous limited liability companies as well as accounting and record keeping for investors. |

An accountant since 1978 Timothy Hough has been the sole proprietor of an accounting service since 1982. While maintaining his client base, Mr. Hough was an accountant for several large companies including the World Headquarters for Bank of America. As Rockmann’s in-house accountant Mr. Hough handles all of the day to day accounting needs. |
